Privacy Policy

Last updated 26 May 2026

BatteryBae is built to collect as little as possible — ideally, nothing. This policy explains exactly what happens to data when you use the App and the website.

The short version

Licence validation

When you activate a licence key, the App sends only that key to our payment/licensing provider to confirm it's valid. We do not attach your identity, usage, or any other data to that check. After validation the App works offline within a grace period.

Purchases

Payments are handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. When you buy BatteryBae, that provider processes your payment details and contact information under their own privacy policy — we never see or store your card details. We receive only what's needed to deliver your licence and meet tax/accounting obligations.

This website

The BatteryBae website serves static pages. If we add any analytics or hosting logs in future, we will update this policy and keep collection minimal and privacy-respecting.

Email

If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply and provide support. We don't add you to marketing lists without consent.

Your rights

As we hold essentially no personal data from the App, there is little to access or erase. For anything processed by our payment provider, you can contact us at hello@batterybae.com and we'll help you exercise your rights under applicable law (including UK GDPR).

Children

BatteryBae is a suggestive novelty app intended for adults (17+). It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
